New House Farm Development
The Application to build 31 new houses was refused by the Borough Council Development Committee on the grounds of the lack of sustainability especially the affordable housing content of the scheme. During the meeting it was pointed out by a Councillor that Hatton is a remote location and in the main residents need to use private cars to access schools, shops and other amenities.
Warrington Local Plan
There have been two on-line presentations of the alternative Local Plan being promoted by the South Warrington Parish Council Group.
